Pre/Postnatal Yoga

Prenatal and postnatal yoga classes at The Pad give moms-to-be and new moms a perfect opportunity to take a breath and connect with their body.  Giving birth to a baby is the most athletic event most women will ever experience, which is why The Pad encourages low-risk pregnant clients to exercise throughout their pregnancy.

Maintaining a regular yoga practice throughout your pregnancy will help support your changing pregnant body, aid in the labor and delivery of your baby, help encourage a healthy recovery as well as many other benefits, such as focused breathing and meditative qualities, that come with mind-body exercise.

In addition to weekly Pre/Postnatal Yoga Classes and regular Prenatal Workshops, we offer prenatal private yoga sessions with trained and passionate instructors who have studied yoga for pregnant women.
