Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga classes at The Pad give moms-to-be a perfect opportunity to take a breath and connect with their growing baby.  Giving birth to a baby is the most athletic event most women will ever experience, which is why The Pad encourages low-risk pregnant clients to exercise throughout their pregnancy.

Maintaining a regular yoga practice throughout your pregnancy will help support your changing pregnant body, aid in the labor and delivery of your baby, help encourage a healthy recovery as well as many other benefits, such as focused breathing and meditative qualities, that come with mind-body exercise.

In addition to weekly Prenatal Yoga Classes and regular Prenatal Workshops, we offer prenatal private yoga sessions with trained and passionate instructors who have studied yoga for pregnant women.
