The 2017 yoga retreat in Mexico returns, in its 8th year. We will immerse ourselves in the warmth of the sun, the serenity of the ocean, the sweet freshness of the coastal air… and the transformational powers of vinyasa yoga. There will be yoga practice twice daily with a strong Ashtanga foundation, meditation and pranayama every morning, an exploration of the roots and philosophy behind the physical yoga practice, three nutritious meals a day, and ample open time to plunge into the ocean… stroll into town.. and renew your spirits.
Mother's Day Retreat with Bryant Resch
Take some mom time this Mother’s day (or at least the day before) with a Mother’s day retreat to The Farm! As mothers we are so busy taking care of everyone around us and putting our needs last that we often times forget about them completely leaving us tired, weary and generally underappreciated. Join fellow mom, yogi and health coach, Bryant Resch, for a day retreat full of yoga, “momfulness” talks, nutrition and an overall sense of what it feels like to put yourself first for once. You’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to tackle motherhood with a new and fresh perspective.

Our home for the week is a 700-year-old villa, surrounded by the rolling hills of tuscany. you will have full access to the property, including the luxurious accommodations, saltwater pool, indoor gym and hiking trails. we will practice yoga & sit for meditation 2x per day, eat incredible homemade food prepared by a private chef, learn to cook, visit nearby tuscan villages and first and foremost, practice the art of presence- embracing the beauty around and within us, moment by moment.

Join Bryant and Gillian for a weekend of their favorite things: vigorous vinyasa practice, nutrition talks, essential oils, and meditation. All set against a backdrop of a gorgeous farmhouse and estate on Grand Island. Leave after this weekend with a feeling of peace and the tools to incorporate greater balance in your everyday life.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Yoga, healthy mind and body discussion, journaling, farm tour and meal time will provide a loose structure for the weekend, leaving plenty of time to relax, connect and enjoy The Farm. For those wishing to explore this part of the delta, consider bringing your bicycle to ride around the island. Visit Bogle Winery on the neighboring island. Check out Locke, the last standing Chinese settlement built in the late 19th century. Or stay put and enjoy the beauty and freedom of space and time frolicking about The Farm!
