Power Pilates Reformer
Power Pilates Group Reformer classes at The Pad are designed to offer a challenging and fun workout for clients in a small group setting. Classes run 55 minutes in length and are taught in a “West Coast” style, with a foundation in the classic Pilates exercises and repertoire. Our instructors are experts at balancing client requests and creating intense and innovative workouts. Classes will have no more than 6 clients, ensuring specialized attention for all. All classes are taught to energizing, upbeat music helping to keep you inspired and motivated along the way.
These classes are not designed with Prenatal modifications in mind. For all of our pregnant clientele, please refer to our Pre/Post Natal Pilates classes on the schedule.
