Yoga is a practice to orient oneself in shifting times. While the world outside changes constantly, we can learn to create the inner conditions that allow for ease, balance, and joy. My deepest intention as a teacher is to provide a fun, welcoming, and inclusive space for us to explore our personal patterns and uncover the deeper elements of our higher selves.
Yoga is whatever you need it to be! Some days that might look like a slow, nourishing practice, and other days you might need heat, vigor, and energy. My classes can provide a space for both. I am deeply drawn to the jnana branch of yoga – the yoga of wisdom – and I like to infuse my classes with whatever I am learning in the moment. I encourage a communal and dialectic environment where both student and teacher can learn from one another in a place of open-mindedness and fellowship.
