Rachel’s meditation and yoga practice started early in college to cross train while running marathons. After accessing the peaceful soothing place inside, yoga became a ritual to ground and restore. Rachel encourages a safe space for her students to practice gratitude so that we can respond to life’s offerings with kindness and compassion.
In addition to her 200 hour vinyasa yoga training, Rachel has completed 40 hours of restorative yoga training.
Rachel’s background and schooling in business combined with her love of movement and personal growth help her fill the role as the Studio Manager of The Pad.
