A Bay Area native and former dancer, Hannah found yoga as a way to find peace and community in a fast-paced world. Deeply touched by the foundations of yoga, especially breathwork, meditation, and asana, Hannah realized this is a practice that needs to be shared and made accessible for all, even those who have never stepped on a mat before. Recently completing her teacher training at The Pad Studios and studying under Lauren Cohen and Rosemary Garrison, Hannah’s classes are soulful and upbeat, with a focus on alignment and energetics.
