Hande is a certified Pilates instructor and has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years. She discovered Pilates as a way to help with her back pain during college. Besides giving her a better posture, Pilates also gave her an overall sense of joy, strength and wellbeing. Having decided to pursue a career in health and wellness, she trained with STOTT PILATES® in San Francisco and completed the Mat and Reformer coursework.
Her aim is to share the never ending benefits of Pilates with her clients and give them a mindful movement experience. When not in the studio, you can find her writing for her wellness website, sipping on a matcha latte or hunting down a ripe avocado.
