Bryant discovered yoga over 10 years ago while living in Charlotte, North Carolina. Bryant was an avid cyclist, runner and lover of all things fitness but was looking for something a little more strengthening and relaxing. Bryant continued to practice after moving to San Francisco in 2005, but her practice really took off when she became pregnant with her first child in 2009. Bryant loved the way yoga felt on her changing body and she couldn’t wait to get into the studio. Now Bryant has two beautiful children and a growing practice. Bryant received her RYT 200 with Dana Damara, studied under Michelle Wing with It’s Yoga Kids and with Erin Lila Wilson with RISE Yoga for Youth. Bryant is certified to teach yoga to ages 0 – 200 and loves teaching every age.
Bryant believes that yoga is one of the most beautiful ways to open up, let go and release the inner you. Linking breath and movement set to an upbeat and fun playlist, Bryant’s classes are both challenging and invigorating. She connects with her students on a deeper level by helping them get out of their minds and into their bodies while not taking herself too seriously.
As a mom of two little ones, Bryant is passionate about bringing yoga into her children’s everyday lives through music, games and playful movement. In 2015 she created The Pad Studio’s Tadpole Program, a place for families of all shapes and sizes to come and enjoy some good healthy fun. In her postnatal mommy & me classes, she is mindful of changing bodies and focuses on rebuilding core strength as well as opening the heart. Bryant connects with children and loves to see them connect to their minds and bodies. Bryant believes that the gift of yoga can be learned at any age and will greatly benefit everyone throughout a lifetime.
Bryant’s love of fitness, yoga and overall wellness inspired her to take it to a deeper level so that she could inspire others to become their best self and in 2016 she graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a certified integrative health coach. Bryant’s training accompanied by her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of North Carolina have taught her innovative coaching methods so that she can support others through their own personal health and wellness journeys.
