Britt Peterson is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor, certified Holistic Health Coach & Traditional Chinese Medicine student. She has been practicing and studying yoga for over 15 years and Pilates for 4 years. Britt completed her 200Hour in-depth yoga teacher training in 2014 at YogaWorks in Soho, New York City under master teacher, Maty Ezraty. She completed Balanced Body’s Pilates certification at EHS Pilates in 2016. Most recently, she has begun studying Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at the American College for Traditional Chinese Medicine. Britt is passionate about holistic wellness and various forms of movement, including dance. Britt left the corporate world in 2014 in order to help others find the best version of themselves through breath, movement and positive energy. Britt is eternally inspired and drawn to create projects involving health and wellness, dance, art and music. When not teaching, coaching, or in school you can find her studying gaga movement, reading in a nearby park, or exploring another country.
