Britt Peterson | Pilates & Yoga Instructor

Britt Peterson is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor, Holistic Health Coach, and East Asian Medicine practitioner.  She has been practicing and studying yoga for over 15 years and Pilates for slightly less time.  Britt completed her initial in-depth yoga teacher training in 2014 in Soho, New York City under master teacher, Maty Ezraty, which is where her devotion to movement began. Since then, Britt has explored various movement and mindfulness practices such as qi gong, tai chi, and gaga people dance.

Over the last four years, Britt has dedicated her life to the five branches of East Asian medicine, which include acupuncture, herbal medicine, bodywork, nutrition, and movement.  She plans to open a private practice in the Bay Area sometime in the near future.  Britt is eternally inspired and drawn to create with others, share knowledge, and advocate for what she believes in. When not teaching or studying, you can find Britt reading science fiction novels in her backyard garden or exploring her local and worldly surroundings.
