Lauren’s yoga journey began in 2015 and she became a yoga and fitness instructor in 2017. She has earned her 500 E-RYT with additional certifications in Yoga Sculpt, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hot Power Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Kids Yoga. Additionally, Lauren is an AFAA Certified Indoor Cycling instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified TRX Suspension Trainer, Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist, and Certified Archery Instructor.
