Nicole grew up in Richmond, Virginia, playing year-round sports including soccer, swimming, and track. In 2012, she took her first vinyasa class alongside her mom, and it sparked a love for an entirely new way of moving.
Yoga was different: movement began with the breath rather than ending with it. Nicole still teaches from that starting point. Whether it’s someone’s first class or their fifteenth year of practice, the breath is what she asks students to return to. The breath is a powerful teacher, telling you more about how a pose is landing in your body than any cue from the front of the room.
Nicole is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and has spent over six years teaching students of all ages, abilities, and experience levels. She offers vinyasa, restorative, and yin classes and integrates sound healing to support relaxation, balance, and a deeper embodiment.
