Lindsey Scholtz | Yoga Teacher

Lindsey has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 16 years, rooted in a classical foundation of Vinyasa, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training at Yoga Flow SF and continues to be shaped by mentorship and study with Anna Hughes and Peter Walters. She is also engaged in continued Yoga Sutra study with Kate Holcomb. 

Her classes are dynamic and challenging while still welcoming to all levels, with a focus on mindful movement, breath, and self-discovery. Drawing on yoga sutra philosophy and mindfulness practices, Lindsey supports students in cultivating awareness both on and off the mat.
