Yin & Acupuncture Workshop

January 24 @ 6:15-8:15pm
Cost: $65 / $55 Early Bird

Join Marguerite and Courtney for two hours nourishing your body, mind and heart with Winter Themes, according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. You’ll learn, incorporate, receive gentle massage and weighted sandbags, and eventually, be led through an experience of Acupuncture by one of the city’s top practitioners. Please note – this is pregnancy and postpartum safe. Plan to tell Courtney any special situations that you’d like her to be aware of.

To prepare for this session, please wear comfortable clothing and consider bringing a warm drink with you. We recommend clearing a good portion of your afternoon to slow down even before arriving, and to continue processing long after this experience. In other words, it will be beneficial to you not to rush to arrive, or need to rush off to leave at the end, but simply float in both directions, and steep in the experience.
