Join Ashlee Johnson in a special Stretch & Release series. Once a month she will be leading this exploratory class to help our clients:

– Increase range of motion
– Release tension
– Activate/Stimulate fascia
– Create better awareness of the body

The class will incorporate bands, balls and specific movement principles to help you better understand body mechanics to further your pilates and yoga practice in a fun and playful way!
