Postnatal Community & Yoga Series for New Moms 2/26

Join pre- and postnatal yoga teacher Bryant Resch, a San Francisco mom of two and current labor and delivery nursing student, for a nurturing 4-week series created specifically for new mothers who want to get out of the house, connect with other mamas, explore gentle movement, and feel supported during the postpartum period.
This series blends gentle movement, education, and community, drawing from both Bryant’s yoga background and her ongoing clinical training as she works toward becoming a registered nurse.

What to Expect
Each week begins with a group check-in, creating space to share what’s new, what’s hard, and what’s beautiful, while forming genuine connections with other moms in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Following our check-in, Bryant will guide 15-20 minutes of gentle movement suitable for all levels and tailored to postpartum needs. Babies are welcome to relax on (or near!) your mat, wiggles, cries, feeds, and breaks are all part of the experience.

After yoga, a guest expert will lead an educational talk focused on supporting you through early motherhood. Guest speaker for 2/26:

Rachel Gelman- Pelvic Floor PT

Who Can Join
This series is open to new moms with babies 6 months and younger.

Rebirthing – The Primal Breathwork with Priya Glikman 2/11

Join Priya in an intense, cathartic release of stuck inner emotions and pain. You will leave feeling freer and lighter. A popular offering, we recommend signing up early. Dress in comfortable clothing. Please note, this is free for Pad members, and a normal drop-in class rate for everyone else. This is not a relaxing breathwork class. It requires effort and focus, and challenging emotions can come up. However, you will experience a transformation if you commit to the instructions. Invite a friend and enjoy the journey! Drop-in rate is $30.

The Practice: Power, Presence, and Authenticity

This 2 hour experiential workshop explores the powerful intersection of yoga and embodiment practices, offering tools to transform the way we show up—in our lives, relationships, and inner worlds.

Rooted in the intersection of Mindfulness, yogic philosophy, neuroscience, Buddhism, and Aikido, this training supports the cultivation of greater presence, authenticity, and resourcefulness. By working with yogic lines of energy alongside embodiment-based practices, participants are guided toward building trust more naturally, staying centered under pressure, and living with a deeper sense of purpose.

In this workshop, we will explore:

  • How to remain open and centered in the face of uncertainty, challenges, or strong emotions
  • Practices that support greater presence, inclusivity, and creativity in daily life
  • How to step into a larger, more intentional vision for your life
  • Tools for building trust—internally and interpersonally
  • How to cultivate an engaging, and authentic presence with others
  • The power of clarifying and declaring what you are truly committed to

About Nicole

In 2012, the same year she completed her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, she also completed a seven-month leadership embodiment program during a period of profound personal transformation following a life-altering car accident that left her temporarily unable to walk and took the life of her fiancé.

Her work weaves together yoga, embodiment, Aikido, Buddhism, mindfulness, and yogic philosophy, offering grounded, experiential practices that support presence, resilience, and meaningful connection.

Replenish the Seasonal Body for Winter: A Yin Yoga Workshop

Join Sheana for a deliciously grounding afternoon of Yin Yoga & Sound Healing to create harmony with the earth’s cycle of Winter

The wisdom of Winter invites us to go inward, to pause, and replenish. Yet we often continue to push against this natural cycle.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Winter is associated with the kidneys—our wellspring of vital energy (Qi). This season can challenge us with lower back tension, fatigue, and the emotional undertones of fear and insecurity.

Yin Yoga allows us to support the Kidney Meridian, preserving balance and replenishing our inner reserves for the burst of new life that Spring will bring.

During this 2-hour immersion you will experience:

– Yin Yoga to activate the Kidney and Bladder meridians, gently opening the back body and inner thighs
– Pranayama (breathwork) & meditation to create a sacred space for releasing deep-seated tension
– Psycho-spiritual inquiry, exploring limiting beliefs around fear that may be holding you back
– Restorative Yoga to allow the body to integrate the practice’s benefits fully
– Sound Healing to realign the nervous system with soothing vibrations, inviting a profound sense of inner peace

You’ll emerge feeling replenished, grounded, and ready to embrace Winter’s gifts with open arms.

All levels welcome.

Beginners welcome.

Sheana’s Seasonal Body Yin Yoga workshops sell-out so early registration is recommended.

Meet Kari Marble

About the teacher:

Kari Marble is a mom, certified infant massage instructor, prenatal and postnatal yoga and meditation teacher, massage therapist, and educator with a passionate specialization in the childbearing year and beyond. She has shared the joys of massage with thousands of families for over two decades.

Learn More: karimarble.com

From Kari’s students:

“Kari is lovely – so gentle and warm, supportive, full of information and tips, and clearly an expert. In addition to the obvious (massage setup and strokes), I really appreciated learning about listening to baby’s cues/cries and seeking consent/absence of “no.”

“Kari speaks not just of massage techniques but also on the emotional aspect of infant massage, i.e., how to make baby feel safe, seen and calm.”

“Kari’s Infant Massage class was superb and I will recommend it to everyone I know with babies or expecting. Kari not only provided massage lessons, she also covered understanding baby’s cues regarding when to give a massage, how to be in the right space as the caregiver, how to adapt as our baby gets older, and even how to care for ourselves.”

“A year after taking Kari’s workshop, we still massage our little one and sing the song we learned in class.”
