Welcome to our Mindful Monday Series. Each month, our meditation guide will choose a practice that will systematically bring deep relaxation, breath awareness, visualization and deep presence. Great for the practiced as well as the beginner. Melt away stress, tension and chaos while finding new states of relaxation, calm and presence within yourself. Heal mental, physical and energetic blocks held in your body and ground yourself in the moment in a deeply centering meditation practice.
