In this three part series, we will build strength from the roots to the branches with intention, breath and relaxation.
Pilates is well known for its impact on the body, and lesser for it’s impact on the mind. In this class you will utilize breath and meditation to deepen your awareness of your body. From this more mindful place, you will learn to feel more connected and centered as you gain strength and flexibility. And, you may even find it relaxes your nervous system, and helps you find peace and ease through your life.
This class is fantastic for all levels, is helpful for those looking to gain strength, rehab an injury, and will help you better understand your body. It can be taken as an individual class or as series.

Part One: Strengthen your Roots (emphasis on breath, feet, legs, glutes, abs)
Friday 10/25: 6-7:15pm
Part Two: Growing your branches (emphasis on breath, abs, chest, shoulders/arms)
Friday 11/15: 6-7:15pm
Part Three: Nourishing the entire being (integration of breath, full body movement with the mind)
