Restorative Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice that helps to reduce stress, regulate our nervous systems, and support an overall sense of wellbeing. Give yourself the space to release the weight of your world and ease into the essential peace of your very being. We will move extremely slowly through a series of supported postures. No yoga or meditation experience necessary. Just show up, breathe and let go.
You will need:
- 2 Bolsters or large, firm pillows
- 2 Blankets
- 2 Blocks
- Eye pillow or something soft to drape over the eyes
- Sandbags if you have them, not necessary
