This workshop is broken down into two separate sections: each day includes a 3-hour anatomy lecture, and a 2-hour inversion clinic. Continuing education credits available! Want to learn to use your abdominal muscles properly; truly finding freedom and strength in some fun postures? Fearful of going upside down? Core stabilization improves your postural alignment, relieves low back pain and leaves you with an overall feeling of internal strength and confidence.

Join Gillian for a weekend of inversions, including learning basic core engagement, energetic alignment, anatomy for inversions, and how to conquer your fear and lift your feet off the ground. All levels of flyers are welcome - we'll cater this flight practice to you and make it accessible, playful, and powerful.

  Day 2 we’ll move on to inversions:
Headstand
Handstand
Pincha mayurasana
Inversion transitions
Seated lifts and hovering postures
