Hello! And welcome to The Pad! We are a team of committed, passionate and top tier instructors dedicated to the benefits of daily practice. As professionals in our field, we aim to meet you where you are physically, mentally, even spiritually. We welcome men and women of all ages and fitness levels. We also serve women during pregnancy and postpartum with specialized yoga and pilates classes, and workshops. The Pad is a gateway studio; all are welcome!
Our A+ roster of instructors share one purpose; to provide a safe space for you to show up, tune in, play, explore, breathe, stretch and transform all aspects of your body. Most classes are lead with an ‘all-levels’ approach which requires the total participation of the instructor to help students modify and up level where appropriate. As students and teachers of the yoga & pilates disciplines, we ourselves are dedicated to self inquiry, study, daily practice and community involvement.
Training and education at The Pad is one of the fastest growing developments within the studio organization. The Pad is heavily involved in the San Francisco community as a leading provider in the fitness, health & wellness field and as a platform for action. At The Pad we are compelled to support those community members who are taking action to eradicate inequality in our city.
We invite you to come take Power Yoga and Power Reformer Pilates classes in our clean, bright and beautiful studio space where all public classes are set to fun, upbeat and energizing music. Power Yoga and Power Pilates classes and privates offered daily. Open 364 days a year. Classes range from 55-75 minutes. Most yoga classes are heated to 80 degrees F by ceiling radiant heat panels. The Practice at The Pad will leave you feeling energized, connected, strong and uplifted.
