Yin-style mindful movement leading to graceful slow-flow vinyasa with standing poses. This meditative pace emphasizes calm in body and mind, with restorative poses woven in to leave you feeling grounded and peaceful. All levels welcome.
Vinyasa Power Yoga
Energizing and music-filled, this dynamic class strengthens muscles, increases flexibility, and energizes body, mind, and spirit. Expect a quicker pace and heart-pumping flow in our heated studio. All levels welcome.
Fiery Flow
Turn up the heat with faster-paced vinyasa incorporating arm balances and inversions. Work towards peak poses through dynamic sequences in this sweaty, playful 75-minute flow. All levels welcome, some vinyasa experience recommended.
Restorative Flow + Sound Healing
Slow-paced, grounding flow with long holds to build heat and strength, concluding with restorative postures and live sound healing during savasana. Perfect for all levels, athletes, and those seeking to deepen their practice.
Prenatal Yoga
Support your changing body throughout pregnancy with this challenging class designed to connect breath and body. Foster physical well-being and mental peace while preparing for labor, delivery, and healthy recovery.
Breathwork
Experience cathartic release of stuck emotions and pain through focused, effortful breathwork. This transformative class requires commitment and can bring up challenging emotions, but you’ll leave feeling freer and lighter.
