Jenny Clise is a C-IAYT registered Yoga Therapist with over 1000 hours of training, and has been teaching yoga since 2012. She lives, and leads yoga classes in San Francisco, and when she is not in the classroom, she loves spending time outdoors or in the ocean surfing. She is an avid traveler, leading retreats around the world, and is author of the yoga e-book “BLOCKASANAS” and upcoming book “A Complete Guide to Yoga Props”. Jenny believes in practicing what feels good in your body and recognizing that there isn’t one right way to do things that works for everyone. She strives to create an inclusive and accessible environment in her classes and with clients, so that everyone knows, YES yoga is for you too. In group classes she focuses heavily on foundation and alignment to safely prepare you for more challenging postures later on. She encourages turning inwards, drawing intentionality into your practice and, with kind attention, recognizing your strength both physically and mentally in each moment.
