Emma fell in love with yoga when she moved to San Francisco in her mid-twenties, grateful to discover a physical practice where she was able to cultivate both strength and ease. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Rosemary Garrison at the Pad Studios in 2018 and has been teaching since.
Emma teaches a balanced flow with a focus on alignment, breath, and grounding. She is passionate about creating a space where students can be in more intimate, compassionate, and curious contact with their mind, body, and spirit. Emma’s intention in teaching is for students to leave her classes feeling more open-hearted, inspired, and connected with their authentic self.
Emma received a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and offers therapy as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the Bay Area.

Pearl 6101 is my go-to neighborhood spot for a fun dinner out. Lots of delicious drinks and dishes on the menu, plus the interior—a beautifully restored apothecary—is so cozy and inviting.

I traveled to Iceland a few summers ago and absolutely fell in love with it! Surreal beauty, friendly and welcoming culture, and surprisingly delicious food—not to mention the midnight sun during the summer months, which is both strange and awesome.
