I was first introduced to yoga in college, but didn’t find myself in a dedicated practice until I moved to San Francisco in 2018. In 2019 I got my 200RYT and have been teaching ever since.
I am inspired by the connectivity of our breath, body, and spirit that is so beautifully woven together in this yoga practice. I teach strong and balanced Power Vinyasa flows and am drawn to the creativity of creating sequences that allow people to feel strong in their bodies. I enjoy bringing people together to celebrate their physical bodies and spirit in this practice while creating space for all people that feels fun, grounded, and deeply human.
