Chelsea Wiley teaches vinyasa based yoga classes that are soulful, heart-opening, deeply introspective and awakening. She also teaches Mommy Baby Yoga, helping students connect to their bodies post partum, their babies, and each other! Her classes include hatha, kundalini and free-flow influences and are set to really inspiring playlists that people often request afterwards. For her, music is the secret sauce. Let it move you, let it open you in the ways that your body is asking you to. Yoga teaches us about the connection of all things, and reminds us that our thoughts, words and actions create ripples. When we practice surrendering and opening up our hearts, the world receives this peace.
Chelsea’s practice began in her early 20s at a hot yoga studio in Cambridge, MA during the winter as she was looking for somewhere to warm up! Like most of us, initially thinking yoga was ‘just stretching’ she quickly realized it was so much more. She spent 10 years working in the Asset Management industry, and the practice of yoga continued to pull at her heart strings enough that she decided to leave the desk and travel to Bali to learn how to share this practice with others. In 2017 she completed her RYT-200 hour teacher training and in 2022 she completed her prenatal and postnatal certification after benefitting from the practice during her own pregnancy and postpartum period.
