Yoga Foundations is a seasonal offering to support you in learning the shapes of yoga, in a way that is anatomically precise and clear.
In this 60 minute workshop-style drop-in class, both beginners and those looking to refine the foundational shapes of yoga such as chaturanga, downward facing dog, warrior poses and more, will feel supported and encouraged to ask questions.
