Welcoming Spring: Reiki-Infused Sound Bath

March 22 @ 6:30-8:00pm
Cost: $55 Single Session

Join sound healer Emma Peck and master reiki practitioner Rosalyn Acosta for an immersive evening of relaxation and receiving as we embrace the spring equinox on March 19th and the shifting of the seasons.

Like all of the plants beginning to bloom and burst forth, we humans need tending as well. This unique workshop combines the power of reiki and the soothing embrace of sound healing to bring care, attention, and nourishment to whatever parts of your being most need tending. Immerse yourself in the enchanting sounds that wash over you while basking in the transformative energies of reiki healing, as you connect to and effortlessly nurture your own internal landscape.

Bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows will be provided. Please bring a mat and/or anything else that will help your body to feel fully supported (extra pillows, sleeping bag, camping mat, etc.).

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience in which participants are “bathed” in the vibrations and sounds of various instruments, including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, gongs, the human voice, drums, shakers, as well as many others. Benefits of sound healing can include relaxation and calm, a quieter mind, increased creativity, relief from pain and tension, release of stuck patterns, improved sleep, better mood, and a greater connection to body and self.

What is reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that promotes relaxation and healing. Through the use of gentle touch or hands hovering above the body, reiki energy activates the body’s natural healing processes and clears physical and emotional blockages. It can be an effective way to reduce stress, improve sleep, and relieve pain.
