The Practice: Power, Presence, and Authenticity

January 16 @ 6:15-8pm
Cost: $55 - 15% off for Members

This 2 hour experiential workshop explores the powerful intersection of yoga and embodiment practices, offering tools to transform the way we show up—in our lives, relationships, and inner worlds.

Rooted in the intersection of Mindfulness, yogic philosophy, neuroscience, Buddhism, and Aikido, this training supports the cultivation of greater presence, authenticity, and resourcefulness. By working with yogic lines of energy alongside embodiment-based practices, participants are guided toward building trust more naturally, staying centered under pressure, and living with a deeper sense of purpose.

In this workshop, we will explore:

  • How to remain open and centered in the face of uncertainty, challenges, or strong emotions
  • Practices that support greater presence, inclusivity, and creativity in daily life
  • How to step into a larger, more intentional vision for your life
  • Tools for building trust—internally and interpersonally
  • How to cultivate an engaging, and authentic presence with others
  • The power of clarifying and declaring what you are truly committed to

About Nicole

Nicole Cronin is a yoga and embodiment teacher with over a decade of study and practice. In 2012, the same year she completed her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, she also completed a seven-month leadership embodiment program during a period of profound personal transformation following a life-altering car accident that left her temporarily unable to walk and took the life of her fiancé.

Her work weaves together yoga, embodiment, Aikido, Buddhism, mindfulness, and yogic philosophy, offering grounded, experiential practices that support presence, resilience, and meaningful connection.
