The Mindset Journey addresses the universal challenge of seeking peace and security in a world that can often feel chaotic and unpredictable. As humans we crave freedom and sometimes we can experience feelings of anxiety, the fear of the unknown and the future. Where will I live?Will I get married, have kids? Will I get sick? How will I die? These thoughts are all coming from the mind and can create anxiety, the mind finds it very hard to trust. That is why you must make the shift from the mind to the heart, from anxiety to freedom. It’s helpful to think of our body as a vehicle and life as the road we drive on. No one promised us a smooth ride. Your vehicle may face rough terrain that is not your fault. This session is about strengthening your car, that even if it is a challenging landscape, your car will perform well.

Learning to do your part and strengthen your vehicle along the trust that everything will be ok, trusting life and  knowing  that you are on the right path, with this wisdom, you will overcome your anxiety and feel freedom and love.

If you experience anxiety, probably there was a moment in your life when you lost trust in the universe, the mind learned that bad things happen and that you must protect yourself. You had to put up walls and began to feel a sense of anxiety that you still feel years later. But, in shifting from your mind to your heart you will learn to trust again. It is in this trust that you will open your heart to accept love and leave the prison of anxiety behind you.

Join us in this upcoming session to understand the sources of anxiety, meet the healthy parts of yourself, and experience freedom and trust

During this session, you will learn:

  • How to identify when your anxiety started
  • How to develop compassion for our mind
  • How to stay present to notice anxiety when it arises and create inner peace

 

You’ll also engage in somatic exercises to connect with yourself, empowering you to understand your genuine self and build self trust. You will reclaim your heart, center and confidence while connecting with others in the group. It’s important not to do this work alone.

This work also welcomes individuals who are new to group work or may feel hesitant about participating. This approach encourages you to delve deep within yourself, fostering a level of self-discovery and introspection with the support you need.
