Do you feel deeply connected to Mother Nature? Have you felt the calling to work with crystals but don’t know where to start? Are you interested in understanding how to work with subtle forms of energy and share your practice with others? If the answer is YES to any of these questions, this is the training for you!

Combining the healing modalities of Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, and Crystals; the Align With Gaia: Crystal Consultation Training offers a comprehensive understanding of the basics of energy and crystals. Specifically, through this training, you will gain knowledge on how to identify, work with, cleanse, and program crystals to clear, align, manifest, and unlock the potential of our subtle bodies to optimize the energy of our bodies, homes, and overall relationship with our environment.

Through 20 contact (in person) hours of training, including self practice, partner work, and 2 yoga classes per day designed to understand the Chakra System from the inside out, plus 5 hours of applied practice and a one-on-one session for each trainee, this weekend-long crash course on how to work with crystals and energy will leave you feeling fully prepared to begin a regular home practice and even start spreading the magic to others, as you feel ready. The training includes one set of Chakra Crystals and Crystal Consultation Manual per trainee.

Join Lauren for a special 2-hour Friday night Soul Flow!

In this special class you will have time and space to move through a creative, deep and nurturing flow with plenty of time for a long Savasana and meditation. By creating space in the body through movement and breath, we invite in more spontaneous moments of insight, awe and gratitude to shine forth. This is an extended practice of exploration and embodiment, meant to nurture and inspire you from the inside out.

Nicole Cronin is thrilled to include the beautiful and talented musician, singer & sound healer Lucia Lilikoi in this offering.

In the first half of our time together, Nicole will lead a fluid, Slow Flow class with the intention of preparing the body, mind and nervous system to receive healing through sound. The second half of class will include the use of blanket, bolster and blocks to support a restorative final pose. During this time, Lucia will sing & play an assortment of instruments, including crystal bowls, for a deeply relaxing, extended Savasana sound bath.

This end-of-the-week evening is an opportunity to nourish and restore, setting the tone for your weekend. The intention is to create a potent opportunity for healing while being held in a safe space. Furthermore, to allow community, sound and yoga to continue to inspire, hold and expand you.

Sound Healer, Lucia has a background inClassical piano and studies from the Madrid Conservatory, Vocal Jazz and composition from Berkeley College of Music, Interdisciplinary Studies and Sound Healing from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), and vocal improvisation from a master Lucia continues to study from allies and masters alike, and works as a musical mentor/teacher to both adults and kids in the Bay Area.
