Breathwork is an active meditation and is one of the most powerful ways to shift our energy, our frequency, and open to new ways of thinking, being, and navigating the world. You will clear your mind and body of stuck energy, expand your creativity, access inspiration, open your heart, access your intuition, and gain clarity. This practice is simple, safe, and powerful, you will leave feeling light, clear, and energized.
The new moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle, a reset that comes every four weeks allowing us to choose again. When you clear your mind and body of heavy, dense, stuck energy, and you are clear as to what you desire and how you want to feel, you can stay anchored in the desired feelings (ease, joy, peace, love, bliss), generate these feelings, and take charge of your happiness. When you are grounded in your desired feelings, you act from creative energy rather than reactive energy and you are in the flow of life.
The New Moon is a powerful accountability buddy, offering us the opportunity to live life with intention and reflect, release, reset, renew, remember, replenish, and rise with each cycle!
