This maternal mental health workshop will provide a safe and supportive space for mothers and mothers-to-be to connect with their bodies through yoga, share their experiences and learn about Perinatal Mental Health Complications. Join us to prioritize your mental health and connect with a community of like-minded mothers.
We will have a 45 minute yoga flow followed by snacks and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during our group workshop. Mothers are welcome to bring pre-crawlers. It’s so often that we put others first, you deserve this time to fill up your cup.
