No, but really, it’s all about the hamstrings!
The life we live can be very linear, sitting or standing at a desk, running, cycling, lifting, all of these contribute to tight hamstrings; and as a result can cause or exacerbate lower back pain and discomfort.
During this session we’ll move off the beaten path and invite motion into all three muscles that make up our hamstrings. We’ll also play with different approaches to a variety of forward folds to strike the balance between effort and ease.
You’ll explore and learn the full expressions of these poses, as well as the modifications and alignment needed to create a strong and sustainable practice.
