A one day retreat led by Nat Kendall
Just 2 hours from San Francisco, this epic day at The Farm will involve group discussions, chanting, storytelling and asana practices as we inquire within; exploring what is beyond just merely form and opening the heart to something deeper – the highest love that resides in each and every single one of us.
How do we cultivate the higher love we all yearn for? There must be more to this world than just stumbling along in our human ways, something beyond what we see, taste, touch and hear. Is there a bigger love than our daily dramas and human foibles?
Explore the rich practice of Bhakti yoga, diving into a concept known as Isvarapranidhana (surrendering to what is). We’ll open up a dialogue around what ‘devotion’ is and how it can become a powerful guide in our practice – and our daily life.
