Join Sheana for a deliciously grounding afternoon of Yin Yoga to create harmony with the earth’s cycle of Autumn
According to Chinese Medicine, Autumn is a time to harvest our energies after the Summer growth cycle.
This workshop offers practices aligned with Autumn’s sacred invitation to pause, reflect, and turn inward — to attune to the quiet wisdom within and honor the soul’s longing to slow down and simply be. When the energy of the Autumn body is out of balance, we may feel waves of grief, lingering sadness, or resistance to letting go. In balance, however, this season brings a deep sense of presence, emotional resilience, and the spacious breath needed to move gradually through life’s transitions.
This 2 hour mini-retreat includes:
– Yin yoga sequences lovingly curated to support the Lungs in Autumn
– Inviting release, deeper breath, and the graceful letting go that mirrors the season’s rhythm
– Guided pranayama (breathwork) & meditation
– Psycho-spiritual inquiry to reveal where you might be holding on and to explore letting go in your life
-Restorative yoga to allow the body to metabolize the benefits of this deep practice
-Sound Healing to offer vibrational frequencies that induce deep relaxation, helping to release stress and tension
Let’s set intention together for the Autumn. You’ll emerge feeling grounded and ready to embrace all that the Season of Harvest has to offer.
All levels welcome..
