Metta meditation, or loving-kindness meditation, is a Buddhist practice for cultivating compassion for ourselves, others and the planet. In metta, we work to develop feelings of ease and love that are as boundless as the ocean.
This workshop series will draw upon various wisdom traditions including: yogic philosophy, analytic depth psychology and buddhist philosophy. We will use yoga and movement, breath work, dharma, self-inquiry, self study and reflection through journaling. Each session we will build on what we have experienced and learned from the previous month. The workshop is designed to be done in a series and you are welcome to drop in!
