Building Confidence: The Self-Trust Workshop

Are you held back by a lack of self-doubt?

Are you longing to navigate life with confidence, courageously sharing your gifts and achieving your dreams?

Self-trust is the key.

When you don’t trust yourself, you limit your possibilities – missing out on amazing opportunities and experiences. By trusting yourself, you wake up each morning knowing that everything is possible and that life is a journey filled with challenges that provide opportunities to grow and evolve.

Reclaim your self-trust with MindSet founder and co-owner of The Pad Priya Glikman at this lively session!

You’ll learn:

  • How to identify what is holding you back from trusting yourself
  • The importance of self-compassion in nurturing self-trust
  • Techniques for cultivating self-trust in your daily life

The evening will kick off with an engaging talk by Priya designed to help you reconnect with the self-trust within you. This will be followed by a somatic exercise and a guided meditation to center your spirit. Finally, for those who wish to stay, we’ll wrap up the evening on the dance floor.

Who is this work for?

This session is open to everyone, regardless of your level of experience or background. We encourage you to share this experience with friends and family!

What is The MindSet?
