Caitlin began practicing yoga at the young age of 17. Fresh out of high school she moved to Manhattan to pursue a modeling career. The only thing that kept her alive or sane during those 3 1/2 years was her commitment to yoga. At the age of 21 she reached a cross roads: she left the modeling world behind and enrolled in her first teacher training. Her love of yoga and it’s ability to heal has taken Caitlin on a journey to even more teacher training’s and workshops over the past few years. She has been fortunate enough to study with skillful teachers all over the United States and World. Heavily influenced by Rusty Wells, Seane Corn, Dharma Mittra, Janet Stone, James Kigar, and Judy Weaver, Caitlin walks a spiritual path and her practice is rooted in Bhakti yoga. Nicknamed the ‘Velvet Hammer’ she is widely known to weave her playful sprit, spiritual philosophy, humor, and core work into her rigorous flow. She is forever grateful to all of her teachers she has encountered along her path.

Karly Railsback
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and student of Ayurveda, Karly uses all three practices to help students awaken the body and ease the mind. Classes provide a challenging flow with alignment and ease.
Karly’s love of yoga began while working as a massage therapist on a chilly island in Southeast Alaska. Equipped with a deck of yoga posture flash cards, her personal practice grew. After long days of work yoga postures were a way to be sweet to the body and nourish the heart. Without even stepping foot into a yoga studio, the spark was lit and Karly set out to learn about this ancient yet modern practice.
In 2007 she began intensively studying with leading teachers in Honolulu. By 2009 she completed Open Space Yoga teacher training, and has been on the mat and in the studios ever since. Much inspiration has been drawn from teachers such as Jason Crandell, Rod Stryker, Jane Austin, Mary Bastien and Jaime Sharrack. Now living in San Francisco, this hub of natural health, she is delighted to be a teacher, a therapist and a student.
Laurie Eagle
Laurie’s yoga studies began over a decade ago in an attempt to slow down in a fast paced sales lifestyle. Originally, she was drawn to yoga as a form of exercise. Laurie discovered the transformative and healing benefits of yoga and the power of conscious breath. She also realized the teachings of yoga to be beneficial both on and off the mat.
Laurie’s classes are empowering, playful and rich with movement and breath connection. She encourages students to go inside their body and bring conscious breath into their practice playing with the elements of earth, fire, water, space and ether. Her teaching style is alignment based and flowy, increasing strength and flexibility.
Her studies include Hatha, Ashtanga, Viniyoga, Vinyasa Flow & Pre/Post Natal yoga. Laurie is certified to teach both Vinyasa Flow and the YogaWorks style of yoga. She completed two – 200 hour teacher trainings. The first with Janet Stone whom she continues to study with and the second through YogaWorks with John Gaydos and Rachael Simmons. Rima Haggerty
Rima Haggerty, RYT, PTA was born in Portland, Oregon where she was raised in the teachings of Self Realization Fellowship, the religious organization founded by Paramahansa Yogananda. Trained as a dancer and a yogi, Rima attributes many of her accomplishments in dance to the foundational training she received in her yoga classes. She received her degree in Philosophy and Dance in 1999 from the University of Portland. Rima has been teaching yoga since 2003, first in Los Angeles and now in San Francisco. Rima has studied a variety of yoga ‘styles’ including Bikram, Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga and her teaching draws from all of these styles mixed with compassion and an appreciation for the individual. Rima teaches a Hatha-based Vinyasa flow class. Her classes are appropriate for all levels. In addition to teaching yoga, Rima is a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Miwa Tripp
Miwa started her yoga practice after years of resistance. As a former gymnast and dancer, yoga would seem like a natural progression. It wasn’t until one day, when a perfect stranger from Kentucky challenged her to try yoga one more time, that she was permanently hooked. Understanding and appreciating that yoga is a powerful force, capable of focusing the mind and challenging the body, is the passion behind her practice. Miwa completed her teacher training at The Yoga Tree in San Francisco and her practice is ever-evolving under inspiring teachers such as Stephanie Snyder, Anna Hughes and Kerri Kelly. Miwa aims to create an environment where grace encompasses the harmony we seek between the mind, body and spirit.
Austin Efurd
It’s all about love, Ahimsa baby. Ahimsa, a Sanskrit word, literal translation is do no harm. When Yoga first found me I was unconsciously living in patterns of harm, which I believe many of us continue to do, cue the Yoga. Yoga didn’t have this automatic transformative effect the first time I practiced, actually quite the opposite. It wasn’t till moving to SF and practicing Yoga with such powerful instructors that I had an “AHA” moment. What was this “AHA”? It was the realization that we have the ability to stop clasping, grasping and struggling to the idea of a perfect life and instead use that energy to start living a joyful and powerful life. How So? By learning to LET GO of our idea of perfection. When we’re in the studio together I am conscious to create a space of compassion and love. This love based environment creates an opportunity for all to explore beyond the idea of perfection. Your body will be vigorously encouraged, your mind will be lovingly pushed and you’re heart just might expand… that part is up to you! I, myself, am encourage and pushed to expand by Gopa Rusty Wells.
