Join Miwa Tripp on Saturday, March 3rd, 2:00-4:00pm for our yoga basics workshop!

In this 2 hour workshop, we will explore some of the basic postures and break down the physical aspect of power yoga vinyasa flow. This workshop is intended for people new to yoga or for practicing students who are looking for an environment where the basic postures will be revisited slowly and thoughtfully. Students will gain a basic understanding of safe alignment and will be ready to enter all level power yoga classes upon completion. Yoga is appropriate for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Not flexible? No worries. The only prerequisite is the willingness to show up with an open mind. Increased strength, flexibility and balance will be your reward!

Fee: $35 (Includes one week of free yoga! Must sign up for classes online in advance to reserve and guarantee a space in class)
